At PureAuraCrystal, we take immense pride in the care, attention and integrity dedicated to every item. Every crystal is one-of-a-kind — carefully selected, photographed and packaged to ensure safe delivery, fully consistent with its description.

We encourage you to shop with clear intentions, because you are bringing something truly unique into your space.

## Returns & Exchanges
All crystals are unique handmade products. Return requests are accepted within 48 hours after you receive the parcel.

All shipping fees, including original delivery fee and return shipping cost, shall be borne by the buyer.
• A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns
• Items must be returned unused, undamaged, with complete original packaging
• Products with scratches, wear and tear will not be eligible for refund

Every crystal is individually photographed and described in detail to help you make confident and informed purchasing decisions before checkout.

## Order Cancellation
Once an order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled. Please carefully review items in your cart before checkout.

## Damaged or Lost Items
We take all precautions to protect your purchase. However, occasional issues may still occur during transit.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your parcel, and provide clear photos of the package and crystal so we can assist you.
We cannot provide compensation for lost parcels caused by logistics carriers.
