Returns & Refund Policy
We accept return requests within 14 calendar days starting from the delivery date of your order.
The return deadline will be automatically extended if the due date falls on weekends or public holidays.
Free return shipping is provided for all eligible returned items.
Customers may self-cancel unshipped orders within 15 minutes after checkout. After 15 minutes, orders cannot be cancelled automatically.
All clearance items marked "Final Sale" are non-refundable, non-returnable and cannot be cancelled.
Items must be returned in original, unused condition with complete packaging intact.
