Shipping Policy

We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Lost & Damaged Parcels
If your package shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days.
For damaged items upon arrival, you must provide clear photos of the outer package and goods within 48 hours after delivery for support.

Customs & Import
Orders are shipped internationally from China to the United States.
Buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties, tariffs or customs clearance fees that may be charged upon arrival in the USA.
We cannot predict or control customs processing times. Customs inspection delays are beyond our responsibility.
